RTV Silicone Sealant

RTV silicone Sealant is used to seal the different substrate, to make the circuit waterproof etc. Some aviation and aerospace product applications are cockpit instruments, engine electronics potting, and engine gasketing. RTV silicones are used for their ability to withstand mechanical and thermal stress.[2]

Silicones exhibit good chemical resistance and high-temperature resistance (205 °C, 400 °F and higher).

GOTECH offer many kind of RTV Silicone Sealant based on customer application as in LED Lighting Industry, Electronics Industry, automobile, aviation and etc.

We are also dealing Momentive products (USA). Momentive’s silicone-based adhesives offer excellent adhesion and bond strength to glass, wood, natural and synthetic fiber, painted surfaces and many plastics and metals.

MOMENTIVE offer a range of RTV silicones, including our SnapSil* brand, with distinct properties that can meet specific needs for automotive, aviation and aerospace, display, consumer and industrial electronics, solar and energy applications. Our RTVs are valued for their electrical and thermal conductivity, heat resistance and adhesion to plastic and metal substrates. They are ideal for a number of industrial sealing and assembly applications that are subject to extreme temperature, ultraviolet light and/or chemical exposure.

For the electronics industry, Momentive offers a diverse line of adhesives that can deliver long-term, reliable bonding and protection for sensitive electronic components. For example, our SilCool* line of thermally conductive silicone adhesives offers high thermal conductivity, thin bond lines and low thermal resistance for high-performance components.  And for bonding optical displays, our InvisiSil* acrylics and silicones can allow high light transmittance, making displays more readable in direct sunlight and bright ambient lighting conditions.
